There's a good reason, really
Okay, so you deserve an explanation for my absence this month. Two good things happened. One my latest grandchild was born. I spent about a week and a half there, off and on, watching the older two while Mom and Dad were galavanting off to the hospital for number three. Then I got a job. Yipee. I am once again employed. We can keep eating. However I now have a 60 mile, one way, commute. That is kicking my butt.
I either have to drive, putting 120 miles a day on my old car (over 200k miles already), or take the bus to the light rail, to another light rail, to a shuttle, to work. This is really cutting into my time. It takes anywhere from 3 hours to 6 hours if the weather is bad. That's a big bite out of my day.
Now I have a tablet, so I can write while I’m on the bus. So it won’t be completely wasted time. I can do blogs, short stories, or novels. We’ll see how it goes.
Wish me luck.
